We're looking for an External Contracts Manager to join our Property Care team, where you'll be responsible for managing a roofing programme to deliver replacement roof coverings and support various externally sourced contracts, including windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects, all aimed at providing excellent service to our customers.

With experience in the Housing Association environment, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring works are delivered in line with financial, contractual, and quality expectations. Your ability to forge strong relationships with partner providers and to challenge and implement change will be key in driving service improvements.

You should possess strong technical knowledge and be capable of managing maintenance projects requiring complex or specialized interventions.

This role requires flexibility, as you should be able to travel across our entire geography to sites and contractor meetings, with regular office days for collaboration. You should reside within Abri’s geographic area and be able to commute to one of our primary offices in Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or Yeovil (BA22 8WN).
