Exposure Management Lead

We're partnering with a growing London Market insurer to recruit an Exposure Management Lead, a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape exposure management capabilities from the ground up. This is a high-impact position working closely with underwriting and performance management teams to deliver critical exposure insights across nat-cat and non-nat-cat (primarily Terrorism) risks.
Lead the production of high-quality exposure management MI, overseeing roll-up processes, data quality checks, and internal/external reporting. Support underwriters in designing and executing exposure strategies aligned with risk appetite and portfolio objectives Drive process improvement and workflow automation to enhance efficiency and analytical capability. Participate in event response for nat-cat and non-nat-cat events, delivering timely exposure and loss insights to key stakeholders. Develop, refine, and maintain exposure management tools in collaboration with underwriting and IT teams.
