Ensuring orders are processed in-line with customer requirements and internal SLAs whilst maintaining and developing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Include:Processing and management of customer orders from receipt through to despatch and beyond.To regularly communicate with customers, vendors and key stakeholders updating on progress throughout the process.Maintain and develop customer relationships ensuring a collaborative approach.Being first point of contact for any issues that arise, completing RCA and putting in preventative measures.Creation of country specific documentation where appliableTo scan and store any third-party documentation within the shipment ordersTo ensure documentation is processed accurately to distribute to customers in timely manner (email or courier depending on customers requirements)Maintain customer shipment records including all relevant correspondence pertaining to the order, especially for Audit purposesTo assist with other team members when on leave to ensure productivity continuesOther Responsibilities Include:Promotional ComplianceReview root cause of DC to store failuresSmooth management of delivery of product to DistributionOptimisation of delivery into all distribution centresManaging system housekeepingEfficient management of stock holdingManaging balance between Supplier and Customer stock levelsWhat Youll Bring:BehaviouralWell organisedMotivated and adaptableTeam OrientatedAbility to perform under pressureFunctionalHigh level of attention to detailExcellent communication and written skillsAbility to work independently and be a team playerProficient in Microsoft Outlook & ExcelKnowledge of export documentation systemsStrong organisational skillsQualificationsNo formal qualifications requiredExperience in customer order management and relationship building.Knowledge of export documentation desirable but not essential.Why Join Us?Vinarchy is a home for passionatepeople to do their very best work.
