As aWaiter/Waitress and /or Bartender, you will: Ensure an efficient running of a section during service and be responsible for any guests request. Build up rapport with guests. Ensure all orders, issuing of bills and payments are taken correctly. Be competent with the point of sale system to ensure orders are placed efficiently and swiftly. Be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and care. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
