We’re looking for experienced roofers to carry out repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties. The role covers general roof repairs, roof investigations and fault finding, tile and slate repairs, gutters, downpipes, fascia and soffits, and associated works. Proven experience in roofing repairs and maintenance, previous social housing experience including occupied properties, and the ability to work independently and safely. Applicants must have their own tools, a full UK driving licence, and be comfortable using a mobile phone for job updates, photos, digital timesheets, and PO processes.
