We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager to oversee a large and varied portfolio of residential properties throughout London and Hertfordhsire.
This is the perfect opportunity for a confident, organised and knowledgeable property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their work.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tenancies, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant with current legislation, and that both landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service. You’ll be joining a professional and supportive team to help you manage the portfolio effectively.
Our office is based in the heart of Borehamwood, a stones throw away from the High Street and Train Station. We have a fully secured car park and cafe on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of properties.
* Overseeing all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) management, as well as Non AST.
* Serving Section 21, 13, 8 and 42 Notices when required.
* Managing rent arrears and implementing recovery strategies.
* Coordinating tenancy administration, referencing, tenancy progression and rent increases.
* Organising and managing inventories, check-ins and check-outs.
