Experienced Line Chef Garden Centre Café (day time only)

We are a friendly, family-run garden centre café looking for an experienced Line Chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a welcoming environment with a focus on fresh food and great customer service, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a section and working confidently on the pass
Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
Assisting with stock control and ordering
Carrying out due diligence checks and maintaining food safety standards
Supporting kitchen organisation and workflow during service
Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
Completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Chef or similar role for at least 2 years
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude and strong team player
Good organisational and communication skills
Must be able to drive due to location
Working Hours:
Full-time position
Monday Sunday 8am 4.30pm, one designated day off each week and every other weekend off
