TimePlan Education is currently recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants to work in a range of fantastic primary and secondary schools across Bournemouth.

These roles are ideal for confident, dedicated LSAs who are passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential, including those with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs.

The role:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting students with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (essential)

Experience supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH needs

A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
