Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Triple Action Router Operator to join our production team on a temporary basis. This role involves precision routing of timber components for high-quality contract furniture. The initial contract is for 6 weeks to cover sickness absence, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC triple action routing machinery to manufacture timber components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to meet company standards
  • Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC equipment
  • Ensure safe working practices and maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating CNC routers, ideally triple action machines
  • Strong background in timber routing within a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment accurately
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Understanding of health and safety procedures in a workshop setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
