YFR books the venues other agencies can't get into. Shopping centres, exhibitions, private sites, major events — pre-booked, high-footfall, and warm. You'll represent some of the UK's best-known charities and turn real conversations into long-term donors.

What you'll earn

• £520/week guaranteed (35 hours, aligned with London Living Wage)
• £50 per sign-up after your first 9 each week — uncapped
• Realistic £1,000+ weekly earnings for strong performers, and our top fundraisers clear that comfortably

What you'll do

Work premium venues across London and the UK, have confident unscripted conversations with the public, and secure regular monthly donations for charities people actually recognise. You'll move between sites, events, and campaigns — so if you get bored standing in the same spot for weeks, you'll like it here.

Who we're hiring

You've done F2F fundraising before and you're good at it. You know how to open a conversation with a stranger, read the room, handle objections, and close on a regular gift without sounding like a script. You care about sign-up quality and donor retention — not just hitting a daily number and moving on.
