Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:45 - 17:30

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to join our team as a Service Manager / Workshop Controller. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients while ensuring the workshop operates at peak efficiency through effective staff management of technicians.

Key Duties Include:

• Offering a high standard of customer service to customers
• Providing quotes/pricing of jobs
• Workshop control of 5 technicians

About you:

The following requirements and experience are essential for this role:

• Knowledge of the motor trade is essential
• Full Driving Licence required
• Ability to commute to Bromley, Kent
• Experience as a service advisor: 2 years (required).
