Job Description
Architect or Part II at Design-Led Practice
Location: Central London
Contract: Freelance on Contract, 4 days in studio until March and the contract can be extended after that.
Rate: £20-28 per hour via your limited company or umbrella based on experience
Join a progressive studio delivering high-quality residential projects across London. This role is ideal for an Architect with over 5 years post-qualification experience, focusing on Stage 4 technical delivery for multi-unit schemes using Revit. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values creativity, precision, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Lead technical delivery for multi-unit residential projects at Stage 4
Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to maintain design integrity
Mentor junior team members and ensure quality standards are met
Contribute to problem-solving and design optimisation during delivery
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in architecture
Strong proficiency in Revit for technical design and documentation
Proven track record on multi-unit residential projects
Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
Ability to manage deadlines and lead project delivery
