Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered, you must have:

  • Experience working withadults in a healthcare or residential care setting

The Role

As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will:

  • Deliversafe, high-quality, and person-centred care

  • Support individuals withdaily living activities and personal care needs

  • Assistin the delivery ofengaging and meaningful activities

  • Follow establishedcare plansand contribute to positive outcomes

  • Maintainaccurateand up-to-datedaily records(medication, activities, incidents, progress)

  • Accompany service users toappointments and community activities

  • Work professionally acrossdifferent teams and environments

WhatWereLooking For

  • Minimum6 months UK healthcare experience(essential)

  • Experience working withadults and a range of needs, including learning disabilities

  • Acompassionate, patient, and professionalapproach to care

  • Strongcommunicationand record-keeping skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service(or willingness to obtain one)

  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle(desirable, not essential)

  • FullRight to Work in the UK(no sponsorship available)
