Key Responsibilities:

Arranging Events: Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events. Ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently to meet high standards. Diary Management: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and meetings. Demonstrate excellent foresight in avoiding conflicts and optimising time management. Reception Coverage: Provide professional and welcoming front-of-house service, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring all visitors receive a courteous and efficient experience. Minute Taking: Accurately capture and prepare minutes for meetings, ensuring that all action items are documented and followed up as necessary. Providing admin support to various teams within the business. Keep on top of stationary orders and office supplies. Qualifications and Skills:
