The Job Role: Executive Search Consultant
Talent mapping Research and anaylse the market to find the best candidates at C-suite level
Consult Advise clients on hiring plans and insights into their competitors
Headhunt cold call and persuade potential candidates
Organise Set up interviews and prep your candidates

The Perfect Profile for the Job: Finance Recruitment Consultant
Intelligent 2:1 or above from a top university, and minimum ABB at A Level
Financially driven a good back story to why they want and need to earn good money
Competitive - ideally a sporting background / drive to beat colleagues and be a top biller
