Executive Recruitment Consultant

Location: Belfast City Centre Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm (Office Based) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus a competitive commission structure

My client, a successful Executive Search business in Belfast, is looking for a talented Executive Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service, but wants to move away from the heavy sales aspect of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with senior clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert market insight.

* Manage executive-level search projects from briefing through to successful placement.

* Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery.

* Conduct research and sourcing strategies to identify top talent.

* Oversee candidate management throughout the process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

Ideal Candidate:

* Background in Recruitment, Executive Search or HR is essential.

* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
