The role:Operations Consultant- Business Processing
- Contribute towards the company's target for Recruitment from the Experienced Financial Adviser and Business Owner Marketplace.
- Manage a team of Partnership Recruitment Managers to achieve personal and collective gross recruits' target of new Partners and Adviser as agreed with the Director Partnership Recruitment
- Manage a team of Partnership Recruitment Managers to ensure that all recruits meet the company's commercial, cultural and risk appetite
- Deliver great client outcomes by ensuring SJP has sufficient quantity and quality of Partners and Advisers for our clients
- Contribute as a member of the Head of Recruitment's Leadership Team to support the business in achieving recruitment, quality, growth, and retention aspirations of the business.
- Manage a team to undertakes the necessary tasks involved in the creation of recruitment activity, such as identifying and engaging with the highest quality potential recruits
- Oversee the necessary tasks involved in progressing recruitment activity toward the recruitment and selection of new Partners and Advisers such as Insights, Business Planning, Proposition to Recruit, Proposition to Clients
- Support the development of relationships to a level where the prospective Partner or Adviser decides to accept the invitation to join SJP
- Manage Partners to create compelling propositions for new recruits and ensure there are the right opportunities for Advisers
- Ensures that appropriate processes as prescribed by the company are followed to enable all recruitment and selection to be undertaken in a controlled and professional manner, thus maintaining the image and reputation of SJP and the Partnership
- Work collaboratively with all internal key stakeholders across SJP
- Enhance SJP's brand and reputation with positive engagement and awareness of SJP
- Experience of recruiting and training Partnership Recruitment Managers
- Experience of recruiting Advice Professionals
- Knowledge of Recruitments objectives & strategy including capacity, productivity, risk management and consumer duty
- Industry Knowledge
- Experience of leading people.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to proactively prioritise and manage workload with minimum levels of supervision.
Special Requirements:- on rare occasions you may be required to work outside core hours to enable project delivery
- in exceptional circumstances there could be a requirement to travel to other SJP locations
