Previous experience as Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel * Strong background in multi-outlet management (restaurant, bar, events, afternoon tea) * Solid financial and operational acumen * A hands-on leader who can inspire and develop teams * High standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene * Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure * A passion for classic cuisine with a modern touch What's involved?
