Courtyard By Marriott, managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a passionate and experienced culinary leader to join our team as Executive Head Chef. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Executive head chef ready to shape the future of the hotels restaurants. The hotel features 244 stylish guest rooms across six floors, extensive meeting and event facilities for up to 600 guests, a gym, business pods, and two rooftop dining restaurants with stunning views over Heathrow airports runway.

As Executive Head Chef, you will oversee all catering operations, including three restaurants as well as conference and banqueting services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, driving efficiency across kitchen operations, and leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team of culinary professionals. Essential experience At least 3 years experience in a head chef role Ability to work under pressure Menu development and innovation Hotel brand experience Allergen knowledge HACCP guidelines Culinary qualifications Experience in international cuisine, including Indian dishes Experience with company financials, including payroll, gross profits, and operating costs.
