As Executive Head Chef, you will oversee all catering operations, including three restaurants as well as conference and banqueting services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, driving efficiency across kitchen operations, and leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team of culinary professionals. Essential experience At least 3 years experience in a head chef role Ability to work under pressure Menu development and innovation Hotel brand experience Allergen knowledge HACCP guidelines Culinary qualifications Experience in international cuisine, including Indian dishes Experience with company financials, including payroll, gross profits, and operating costs.
