As Executive Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen operation, creating and delivering a clear culinary vision while ensuring your team are motivated, engaged, and consistently producing dishes of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a brigade, developing a positive culture that drives success and growth.
Create and evolve menus that focus on nutritious, seasonal, and flavour-led cuisine.
Manage all financial aspects including budgets, cost control, and profitability.
Maintain outstanding food quality and presentation in line with the property's ethos.
Ensure exceptional standards of hygiene, compliance, and safety across the kitchen.
Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
