I am seeking a Head chef or Executive chef who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity, the Executive chef with be focused on delivering amazing fine dining and hospitality including events, canapes as well as bowl food and finger food events. If you are looking to step out of the long hours of a fine dining restaurant and use you craft to deliver amazing dishes where you have the opportunity to show case what you can do with full autonomy on menu planning and delivery.
This Executive Head chef will oversee and lead a small creative team who will also deliver staff feeding cafe, your sous chef will lead this with your guidance and leadership. The Executive Head chef with need to have fine dining experience ideally from fine dining or Michelin background, this is a great opportunity to step in to the corporate world where you get your weekends back and get paid over time for evening events.
This is also a great opportunity for for an existing Head chef who is looking for a step up within one of the leading contract catering companies in London. If you are currently leading a hospitality kitchen in the city with a high level of fine dining and would like to take your food to the next level this could be the role for you. I am seeking an Executive Head chef who has a calm and organised personality who can lead a team through your culinary journey.

Fine dining restaurant or Michelin star experience is essential

Happy to oversee the staff dining along side the sous chef in the brigade
Leading a small brigade and being able to develop the team
Monday to Friday - with over time paid for events
Strong understanding of food safety and allergens
Good communicator to be able to build strong client relationships

Must have an eye for detail
Happy to work around dietary requirements
