Responsibilities Strategic Commercial Leadership: Lead high-value commercial construction projects, providing strategic cost advice from feasibility through to final account. Guide clients through complex commercial decisions with clarity and confidence. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to key clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships, lead client presentations and briefings, and drive repeat business through service excellence and commercial insight. Team Oversight & Technical Direction: Oversee and mentor cost management teams across multiple projects.
