Why we need this role The primary purpose of the Central Marketing and Communication Team (CMCO) team is to build a reputation that helps us win in the market which will translate to growth and support Colts strategic priorities. The communication specialist plays a role in supporting the Head of Executive comms in developing communications, creating content that helps Colt achieve its goals while promoting a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on thecompaniesbehalf. The specialist role will create and curate messages and stories that support Colts executive teams to build their profiles to amplify Colts values and key priorities across various stakeholders and influencers.
