Executive Chef Opportunity Multi-Site Hospitality Group, East London Part-Time/Full-Time Were a small, dynamic hospitality group operating across multiple venues, currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. We run high-capacity venues with 300 covers, offering relaxed yet premium experiences. Our food is casual and approachable, but always crafted with care and flavour. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multiple teams and managing varied menus. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement new menu items Lead and manage kitchen teams, including rota scheduling within budget Monitor food margins, stock, and cost control using Marketman software Train, support, and develop kitchen staff Maintain consistency in food quality and service Step in during service as needed Uphold health & safety compliance and documentation
