\nPosition: Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team
\nTemp to Perm
\nSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 (DoE)
\nHybrid set up: hybrid flexibility available (3:2)

\nKey responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

    \n\t
  • Complex diary management and scheduling for the CEO, CFO, and wider ELT
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements including flights, visas, accommodation, and logistics
  • \n\t
  • Preparing and editing corporate documents, meeting packs, agendas, and minutes
  • \n\t
  • Organising internal and external meetings, site visits, and leadership conferences
  • \n\t
  • The EA will be acting as a liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders
  • \n\t
  • Maintaining filing systems, managing expenses, and supporting both remote and in-person meetings
  • \n
\n\n

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite level, from a PLC 
  • \n\t
  • Ideally have exposure to investor relations (meetings & follow up)
  • \n\t
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • \n\t
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • \n\t
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • \n\t
  • Confident communicator with discretion and a professional, proactive attitude
  • \n
