This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, uses initiative, and can combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach.This is for a great client of ours in Kings Lynn, who have recently undergone a huge transformation process, so you will be joining the business at a fresh and exciting time.The successful candidate will be confident managing sensitive information, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable handling customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.Key Responsibilities:Executive SupportManage the COO's calendar, inbox, and communications, ensuring priorities and deadlines are effectively managedPrepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholdersDraft correspondence and review documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityCoordinate meetings, travel, and eventsProject CoordinationSupport the planning and delivery of key operational and strategic projectsTrack progress, manage timelines, and maintain project dashboards using Excel and relevant toolsFollow up on actions, identify potential delays, and ensure projects stay on trackOperational SupportAssist with performance tracking, KPI reporting, and data analysisSupport supplier and vendor coordinationMonitor budgets and contribute to cost control initiativesHelp drive process improvements and operational efficienciesPrepare materials for leadership and board meetingsCustomer EscalationsAct as a key contact for customer issues requiring escalationWork closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyIdentify recurring problems and provide insights to improve processes and service deliveryCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure alignmentMaintain clear and effective communication on behalf of the COOAnticipate business needs and proactively provide support where requiredSkills & ExperienceProven experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a fast-paced operational environmentAdvanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting)Strong project coordination or management experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationExceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approachJBRP1_UKTJ
