We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a fast-paced, international business. This is a varied role combining executive support, office management and European travel coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, and day-to-day executive support.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and leadership offsites; take minutes and track actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee smooth office operations, supplies, vendors, and onboarding.
  • Organise company events and team activities.
  • Manage complex European travel itineraries, ensuring alignment with business priorities.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as an EA, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
  • Confident managing international travel and working across multiple time zones.
  • Able to handle confidential information and work independently.
