Executive Assistant

Temp-to-Perm (Initial 6 Months)

£60,000 - £70,000 DOE + bonus and excellent benefits

4 days in office


We are working with a highly regarded, fast-growing financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant / Team Assistant to support a dynamic Asset team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and adaptable EA to join a collaborative, high-performing environment on an initial 6-month contract with the intention being for the role to become permanent.


This is a busy and varied role, supporting senior stakeholders and their wider teams, where no two days are the same. You will work closely with another EA to ensure seamless support across the function, playing a key role in maintaining efficiency, organisation, and communication across the business.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and calendar management for multiple senior stakeholders and their teams
  • Coordinating meetings, including logistics, room bookings, materials and visitor management
  • Arranging travel (flights, trains, accommodation, visas, itineraries) with external providers
  • Processing senior executive expenses
  • Providing project and ad hoc administrative support, including research and personal arrangements
  • Assisting with presentations, reports and documentation (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Supporting onboarding of new joiners, including system access and coordination with IT
  • Liaising with internal teams including Finance, IT and Reception
  • Supporting recruitment coordination in partnership with HR
  • Organising team events, offsites and internal activities
  • Providing cover for other Executive Assistants when required


Key skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting multiple stakeholders, ideally within within financial or professional services
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proactive, flexible and solutions-driven approach
  • A collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently
