What you’ll be doing (role dependent):

• Complex diary and inbox management
\n• International travel coordination
\n• Preparing meetings, reports, and presentations
\n• Supporting business operations and projects
\n• Managing confidential communications
\n• HR coordination, onboarding, and employee support (HR roles)

We’re looking for:

• Graduate-calibre candidates
\n• 3+ years’ experience in EA, Business Support, or HR roles
\n• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
\n• Excellent organisation and communication skills
\n• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
\n• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
