We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team here at Disney!
Providing executive support to our Head of Content EMEA, the successful candidate will play a key role in liaising with multiple contacts in EMEA and the US, maintaining a high and professional standard of communication between their office and all internal and external contacts. As an Executive Assistant, the individual will be comfortable with establishing strong relationships, managing complex diaries across international time zones and will be comfortable with the management of highly confidential information.
Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

What You Will Do
- Provide first class general administrative support
- Complex diary management for the Head of Content EMEA, working across multiple time zones
- Inbox Management
- Co-ordinate meetings, lunches and dinners
- Prepare meeting agendas, organise conference calls
- Prioritise daily workload, in conjunction with urgent requirements, troubleshooting where necessary
- Prepare & plan agendas and logistics for regular US Senior Exec visits
- Process expenses in a timely manner via Concur system
- Manage filing system both maintaining and constantly improving the system
- Manage all travel requirements including travel itineraries and bookings - both European and International
- Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and input
- Raise Purchase Orders through Coupa
- Ensure that all communication lines are managed effectively between Head of Content, direct reports, US Heads, UK & European LOB heads and third parties.
- Helping drive and build the culture of the team - supporting on team meetings, events, away days, off-sites as appropriate
- Confidante to the Head of Content, being trusted eyes and ears to help gauge team morale, spot problems early on, and be an integral member of the Local Originals team
- Flexible approach to working unsociable hours on occasion
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience as a Senior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and other associated administrative systems
- Experience in a fast paced, large multi-national organisation
- A friendly, outgoing, professional and polite approach, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Organized and detail oriented - excellent level of accuracy
- Able to work in a deadline driven environment and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative
- Highly discreet and aware of sensitive & confidential information and situations
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation - ability to be concise and inform
- Collaborative working style
- A team player, ability to form excellent working relationships, collaborating with the wider executive support team and work independently, when required.
- Excellent and advanced computer skills essential in following - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP a strong advantage
