Title: Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Location: Hybrid - 4x a week in our London office
Reports to: Founder

The Opportunity
As one of the UK’s fastest-growing consumer brands, our Founder’s time is one of the most valuable (and constrained) resources in the business. This role exists for one reason, to materially increase the Founder’s leverage.
If done well, this hire will free up his time by removing friction, owning decisions that don’t need to sit with him, and ensuring his energy is spent on the highest impact work only.
This is not a classic “gatekeeper EA” role. It’s a trusted operator, someone who sits close to the Founder, understands context quickly, and acts with judgment. You’ll blend world-class executive support with light operational ownership and office leadership, keeping both the Founder and the wider team moving at pace.
Founder & Executive Support (80%)
Time, Focus & Leverage
- Own the Founder’s calendar end-to-end with authority and judgment
- Ruthlessly prioritise time in line with business impact, not just requests
- Proactively identify low-value meetings, tasks, and decisions to remove or delegate
- Run regular calendar and workload audits to protect focus and energy
Decision & Execution Support
- Act as a first filter for inbound requests, information, and decisions
- Prepare concise briefs so the Founder walks into meetings fully contexted
- Track actions, decisions, and follow-ups and close loops without prompting
- Draft and send communications on behalf of the Founder where appropriate
Founder Operations / Associate-Style Support
- Own small but high-leverage projects end-to-end (research, coordination, execution)
- Join key internal meetings to capture decisions and ensure momentum continues after
- Act as the Founder’s proxy internally when alignment is clear
Office & Team Operations (20%)
Office Ownership
- Own the day to day running of the London office
- Manage suppliers, facilities, stock, and budget
- Ensure the office is always functional, welcoming, and well-run
- Be the point person for building management and operational issues
Team Experience & Culture
- Plan and execute team events, socials, and offsites
- Partner with leadership to embed simple, effective ways of working
- Create systems that reduce friction for the team, not add process for process’ sake
About You
- 3+ years supporting a Founder or as a Founders Associate in a scaling business
- Strong EA fundamentals plus the confidence to operate beyond them
- Strong instincts around leverage, prioritisation, and impact
- Exceptional judgment, you know what needs escalation and what doesn’t
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
- Commercially minded: you understand how businesses actually run
- Comfortable saying “no”, pushing back, and making calls in service of priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and deeply trustworthy
- Genuine interest in food, consumer brands, or fast-growth businesses
