You will need to be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.The opportunityThis is a varied and important role within the business. You will work closely with the CEO, helping to manage priorities, maintain structure and ensure key actions are followed through. The right person will be dependable, detail focused and able to bring calm and organisation to a busy working day.Key responsibilitiesManaging a busy and changing diarySupporting with inbox management and drafting professional correspondenceCoordinating meetings, calls and appointmentsPreparing documents, meeting notes and follow up actionsHelping ensure deadlines are met and priorities stay on trackLiaising with clients, partners and suppliers in a professional mannerSupporting with business administration, events and internal coordinationKeeping files, records and systems organised and up to dateProviding reliable day to day support to the CEOUpdating CRMWorking across businessesWhat we are looking forPrevious experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support roleExcellent organisational skills and strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive and dependable approachThe ability to work at pace and manage changing prioritiesProfessionalism, discretion and good judgementConfidence using email, calendars, documents and general business systemsA positive attitude and willingness to take ownershipLocationThis role is based inLiverpool city centreand is predominantly office based.
