\nPosition:
\nExecutive Assistant/Office Manager – supporting two senior Directors, with wider office management and team support responsibilities in a small, collaborative firm.
\nSalary:
\n£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
\nHybrid set up:
\n5 days in the office
\nBenefits:

\nKey responsibilities for this Executive Assistant/Office Manager position:

- Extensive diary and meeting management \n\t
- Full travel coordination (domestic and international) \n\t
- Board paper preparation and distribution \n\t
- Front-of-house duties, meeting and greeting visitors \n\t
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders \n\t
- Preparing expense claims and support with reporting \n\t
- HR coordination including onboarding, benefits, and employee records \n\t
- Supporting internal and external events \n\t
- Office and supplier management, including IT support coordination \n\t
- Supporting marketing and branding activities \n\t
- Ad hoc private support to two Directors \n
What background and experience are the company looking for?

- Proven experience in an EA/ Office Manager role, ideally within a fast-paced professional services or investment environment \n\t
- Confident managing multiple diaries and coordinating logistics with precision \n\t
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint \n\t
- Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent \n\t
- Proactive, adaptable, and always one step ahead \n\t
- Comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative across all areas of the business \n
