We are currently seeking proactive and experienced SEN Science and Maths Teachers to join a supportive SEMH school in Bedford. The school caters to learners aged 7 to 19 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including those who have been excluded or suspended from mainstream settings. We are looking for a teacher who wants to take a more personalised approach to learning, wants smaller classes and branch out of the 'normal'. We need someone who is ready to say yes and give new experiences a go to help re-engage our learners with education.

Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging Science and Maths lessons tailored to SEMH learners. * Manage challenging behaviours effectively with a positive and understanding approach. * Support learners' communication needs. * Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements: * Experience teaching in a Primary/ Secondary setting and confident in planning/ delivering maths and science lessons at KS2 level * Strong understanding of behaviour management. * Experience with SEMH learners is desirable but not required * Must hold QTS or proven extensive long term experience as a cover supervisor in UK ...
