We're looking for a proactive Finance Assistant to step into a key temporary role within a busy, friendly finance team. With the organisation preparing to go live with a brand‑new finance system in August 2026, this position is essential in keeping Business as Usual running smoothly while the permanent team focuses on training and transition.Although this is an interim post, candidates can be reassured that the contract will run until at least September 2026, covering system go‑live, annual leave periods, and the busy start season.What You'll Be Doing

Supporting day‑to‑day finance operations to ensure continuity during a period of change Using your knowledge of Exchequer to pick up tasks quickly and reduce training time for the team Assisting with processing, reconciliations, and general finance administration Working closely with colleagues who are currently training on the new system Helping maintain smooth workflows while the team balances BAU with project commitments What you'll need to succeed
