Randstad Education is currently seeking reliable and punctual individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators for various schools across Sheffield.

The Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the examination process. Your duties will include:

• Setting up examination rooms in accordance with JCQ regulations.
• Admitting students to the hall and ensuring they are seated correctly.
• Distributing and collecting examination papers and stationery.
• Supervising students throughout the duration of the exam to prevent malpractice.
• Dealing with any student queries or emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Must have previous UK experience (ideally within an educational or administrative setting).
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A flexible approach to working hours during peak exam periods. xbpsjku
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
