Exam Invigilator - Secondary Schools Kingston Upon Thames

We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and experienced Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within welcoming and well-resourced school environments that value both staff and student success.

About the RoleAs an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations and standards. You will help create a calm, fair, and supportive environment for students during what can be a high-pressure time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising students during examinations, ensuring all regulations are followed

• Distributing and collecting exam papers efficiently

• Maintaining a quiet and focused exam environment

• Assisting with setting up examination venues

• Reporting any irregularities or concerns in line with school procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator in a school setting

• Strong subject knowledge and academic understanding

• A degree is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and observant at all times

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
