Exam/ Data Officer

Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Data & Exams Officer to support a secondary school during a maternity cover period. This is a great opportunity to join a busy school environment with an immediate start following a successful interview. Location Outskirts of Boston - there's no public transport so own transport is essential. Shift Pattern 8am-4pm Pay Rate Competitive (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing the school Management Information System (MIS) Inputting and managing student data accurately Producing reports and statistical analysis Supporting timetable updates and curriculum assignments Liaising with different departments across the Site Managing all aspects of exam administration, including entries and certification Ensuring secure handling and storage of examination materials and results Coordinating internal and external examinations Managing and training exam invigilators Supporting the distribution of exam results to students
What We're Looking For Experience
Previous experience in arranging and managing school examinations Experience working with school data- systems
Skills & Attributes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to analyse and present data clearly Confident working independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
