Overview Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is a luxury hotel steeped in history, located just moments from Covent Garden and around the corner from Trafalgar Square in the heart of Westminster. Provide clients with expert knowledge of the hotel's products, services and event spaces. Support proactive and reactive groups and events sales enquiries across all segments including Corporate, Social, Conference and MICE. Prepare meeting and event proposals, contracts, BEOs and manage group rooming lists using Envision and Reserve. Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage and operational teams to maximise revenue and enhance the hotel's brand profile. Assist with client show rounds, office visits, FAM trips, trade shows and post‑event follow‑ups. Maintain accurate sales data, assist with sales and competitor reports and engage in market research activities. Support the development and execution of groups and events sales strategies and action plans.

Qualifications

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast‑paced sales environment. Experience supporting groups, events or hotel sales operations and confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, enjoy working collaboratively across departments and proactive in identifying sales opportunities. Comfortable working with sales systems and reports, flexible, positive attitude, and motivated to grow and develop a career within hotel sales.
