Lead the front-of-house team during live events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the seamless flow of service. Manage event timelines and coordinate with culinary, bar, and operations teams to maintain precise execution. Brief and supervise service staff, ensuring clear understanding of event expectations , floor plans, menu details, and service style (e.g. plated, buffet, tray service). Oversee set-up and breakdown of FOH areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health & safety standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and venue-specific regulations at all times. What Were Looking For: Experience:Minimum 23 years in event or hospitality floor management, ideally in premium or high-profile environments (e.g., luxury catering, hotels, private members clubs, fine dining restaurants). Comfortable managing a variety of events from small receptions to complex fine dining setups. Willing to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
