This role requires exceptional production skills and a passion for delivering high spec events.Your Role AccountabilitiesSupport the end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, technical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site executionWork closely with local editorial teams to ensure their production needs are metCoordinate travel, accommodation and itinerary of speakers and guestsCoordinate production of branded merchandise and materialsAssist with collating RSVPs and delegate commsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience producing international or culturally diverse eventsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentAdditional languages a plus.Additional InformationOn June 9, 2025, Warner Bros.
