Your main role is to respond to and convert enquiries through the various online portals, emails and telephone calls to achieve M&E rooms budgets for the hotels. Duties as an Events Executive include, but are not limited to: Confirming events, handling client requests with relevant teams, ensuring repeat business Responding to enquiries for all small to medium sized groups and events, using Cvent, Venue Directory, Salesforce.
