Key responsibilities for this Events and Administration Assistant position:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering over 50 industry-leading events annually as the Events and Administration Assistant \n\t
- Manage logistics and communications with speakers, sponsors, partners, and venues to ensure seamless execution \n\t
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support to editorial, commercial, and events teams as an integral Events and Administration Assistant \n\t
- Support client onboarding and post-campaign analytics within the commercial team \n\t
- Maintain internal systems and CRM databases to improve accuracy, compliance, and data quality \n\t
- Promote events through marketing channels including email, social media, and direct outreach \n\t
- Contribute to the evolution of event formats and product offerings as a proactive Events and Administration Assistant \n\t
- Represent the company as a professional point of contact for clients, speakers, and key stakeholders \n
What background and experience is the company looking for?
