Salary: £32,000–£35,000 | UK-based | Full-time, Permanent | Remote with Oversea Travel


TRBusiness is a leading B2B media and events company in the global travel retail industry, producing market-leading publications, digital content, and prestigious international events including the TR Consumer Forum and the Global Travel Retail Awards.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Event Manager to take full ownership of our events from start to finish — from planning, budgeting, and marketing through to onsite delivery and post-event review. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and partners worldwide, essentially, we are currently looking at two overseas trips a year in this role.

What You’ll Do:

·      Manage the full event cycle — planning, budgets, logistics, marketing & delivery.

·      Lead stakeholder relationships with sponsors, delegates & suppliers.

·      Drive event marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

·      Oversee awards entry & judging processes.

·      Deliver outstanding events that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

·      2+ years in B2B event management (awards/conferences preferred).

·      Proven end-to-end project management skills.

·      Strong organisational, budgeting & marketing experience.

·      Confident communicator with stakeholder management expertise.

·      Knowledge of Canva & Evessio advantageous.

·      Willingness to travel internationally.
