Pay: £13.00 - £15.50 per hour + mileage
Hours: Evening shifts, 16:00-22:00 .

This isn't a high-volume care environment. Instead, you'll provide unrushed, relationship-led care, giving you the time to build meaningful connections and deliver the level of care your clients deserve.

Pay & Benefits:
We want you to feel valued and rewarded for the important work you do:

£13.00 - £15.50 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
Live-in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
45p per mile mileage allowance
Holiday pay (12.07%)
Company pension (3% contribution)
Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the role:
As a Care Assistant, you'll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:
Providing high-quality, person-centred care
Supporting with personal care, companionship, and daily routines
Building meaningful relationships with clients
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
