Job Title: European Account Executive (Bilingual) - Full-time, Permanent, London or France Based


Reporting to the European Country Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative management and operational follow-up of European customer accounts (distributors and retailers) for one or more brands. You will also work in coordination with sales, marketing and operations teams, within an international, retail-focused B2B environment. You must also be a proficient French speaker, and be fluent/bilingual in English. This role can either be based in London or France - if London based, you must be available to travel to France once a month.

What you’ll be doing:

Administrative management of European accounts

  • Manage the processing of B2B customer orders, including deadline tracking and communication regarding any stock constraints or shortages.
  • Act as the main point of contact for enquiries related to orders, deliveries and shipments.
  • Handle returns, credit notes, authorisations and claims (losses, damages).
  • Use customer platforms as well as ERP and CRM systems to manage and monitor accounts.
  • Manage product listing forms, account set-up documentation and the implementation of new product lines.
  • Ensure the day-to-day administration of sales, wholesale activity and stock planning.


Operational coordination and customer relationship

  • Provide operational support to customer accounts and distribution partners in the delivery of commercial plans and trade marketing activities.
  • Support customers and distributors in analysing stock requirements, building forecasts and tracking orders.
  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings.
  • Work closely with sales, operations and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order execution and delivery.


Reporting, analysis and performance tracking

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales, SKU-level analysis).
  • Analyse in-store sales data (sell-out – sourced from point-of-sale systems) to monitor product performance.
  • Carry out ad-hoc analyses to support operational and commercial needs.


Operational marketing support

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to manage the transmission of creative briefs and the timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Ensure that all content and materials provided to retailers comply with brand guidelines.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in business, marketing, management or equivalent.
  • Proficient French speaker, fluent/bilingual in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables).
  • Comfortable using Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with ERP, CRM and customer platforms.
  • Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Autonomous, team-oriented and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B, retail or international environment.
  • Good knowledge of the French retail landscape, ideally within the cosmetics sector, is an advantage.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, marketing, management or equivalent.

  • For London based employees - Hybrid working - 2 days in the London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays), 3 days from home (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) - Travel to France once a month for an overnight stay
