This role is ideal for experienced Estimators or Quantity Surveyors with a background in pricing steel structures, metal fabrication, or construction projects. Based at the company’s Leicester facility, you will prepare accurate quotations, liaise with suppliers and clients, and play a key role in supporting business growth.

Job Description:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing competitive, accurate estimates and tender submissions for structural steel projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, and bespoke architectural steelwork. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver quotations that align with specifications and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities to prepare estimates.

* Quantify materials, labour, plant, and subcontracted services required for each project.

* Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.

* Prepare clear and detailed tender submissions, pricing documents, and supporting information.
