The Role: Our client is one of the UK's largest supplier of building materials to the building and construction industry. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional products. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly-skilled Estimator to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: The Estimator will play a critical role in our client's project planning and execution process. This individual will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in Estimating. Key Responsibilities: Schedule material requirements from design stage plans and transfer this data electronically through to a customer quotation Follow an accurate and consistent approach in terms of the scheduling process at all times Ensure accuracy and quality of work, meeting work stream KPI's as defined by Senior estimator and Management Actively promote the service to our client's branch network and prospective clients Manage workload to ensure supplier quotations are returned on time to meet estimate return date Quality control and checking of work to ensure estimates are accurate and reflective of work involved Qualifications:
