Position – Estimator Industry – Building Services/Construction/HVAC/Health Services/NHS Salary/Package  – £55,000 - £70,000, Company Vehicle or Allowance, Mobile/Technology provided, 24 days holiday + Banks, Death in Service, & More. Purpose of the Role An Estimator, working closely with the Bid Management division & Contract Managers developing accurate cost models, tender responses, and commercial insight to support Projects, refurbishments, and construction work primarily within the healthcare facilities sectors. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for tendered projects, contract minor/major, and capital works. Review tender documents, technical specifications, and scope of work to understand client requirements and identify key cost drivers. Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers to obtain competitive quotations. Develop cost breakdowns, pricing schedules, and risk assessments using appropriate tools and software. Assist the business development and BID team in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs with compliant and commercially sound pricing.
