Estimator Location: Mayfair and Golders Green
Our client is a well-established, regional multi-disciplinary main contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial and residential, sectors. With project values typically ranging from £5m to £50m, the business is known for its strong delivery capability, collaborative approach, and long-standing client relationships.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Construction Estimator who will support the Pre‑Construction team by leading and contributing to estimating.
The role is responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and commercially sound cost plans and tender submissions, supporting the business in securing profitable work aligned with strategic objectives. The Estimator will play a key role in ensuring tenders are robust, well‑governed, and reflective of current market conditions.
